No Refund Policy
Amendment/Cancellation Policy: (unless otherwise stated)

• POLICY IS APPLICABLE TO BOOKINGS SUBMITTED ONLINE LESS THAN 72 HOURS (03 WORKING DAYS) FROM DATE OF TRAVEL AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
• Amendment received within 72 hours (03 working days) before departure will be subject to a S$10 amendment fee per person. (Amendment refers to changes in date of travel/ferry time/name of passenger). Amendment is NOT applicable for change of travel date on ACTUAL date of departure.
• Cancellation/No Show of bookings/passengers made within 24 to 72 hours (02-03 working days) before departure will be charged at a cancellation fee of the FULL PACKAGE RATE. In the event of NO-SHOW / Cancellation within 24 hours (01 working day), the FULL PACKAGE RATE shall be imposed.
• Cancellation or amendment is NOT allowed once the booking is confirmed by and paid for by the customer. If there is an unavoidable need to change the ferry schedule after the successful online transaction, please contact our Customer Service Officers. Please note that Bintan Resort Ferries Terms and Conditions apply. Changes to ferry timings will be subjected to amendment and/or cancellation fees subject to type of package booked.
